Document Requird
To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process at Gyan Jyoti Public School, the following documents must be submitted
along with the completed application form:
Copy of Birth Certificate :– To verify the applicant’s date of birth.
Previous School Report Card :– Copies of the last two years’ report cards for grade transfer students.
Transfer Certificate :– If transferring from another school, a transfer certificate from the previous institution is required.
Passport-size Photographs – Recent passport-sized photographs of the student and parents/guardians.
Aadhar Card / Identity Proof :– A copy of the student’s and/or parents' Aadhar card or any valid identity proof.
Proof of Address :– A copy of any utility bill, rent agreement, or bank statement to confirm the residential address.
Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable) :– For students applying under specific reserved categories.
Medical Certificate :– To confirm that the student is in good health and fit for school activities.
These documents must be submitted at the time of admission to complete the enrollment process. In case of any missing documents or clarifications,
