Document for Submission

  1. Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission of their child.
  2. Wards 2 passport size photographs
  3. Parents 1 passport size photograph (each)
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Parents 1 passport size photograph (each)
  6. Government Id proof
  7. The School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate signed by the head of the institution last attended and counter signed by the Distt. Education officer. However counter Signature of E.O. will not be necessary in cases the school last attended is situated within Distt. Gautambudh Nagar.
  8. Submit the Category Certificate in case the child belongs to SC/ST/OBC category.
  9. Document(s) in support of his/her having passed the qualifying exams, qualifies the admission test conducted by the school.
  10. Qualifies the admission test conducted by the school
